I work primarily in oils, sometimes in gouache, and sneak in an occasional mosaic. My subject matter is most often landscapes and, as a New Jersey native, I find the ocean and water to be my favorite muse.

I paint in a studio in the Hubbard Woods Design District in Winnetka, IL. FIRST FRIDAY events are a great chance to see my work, as well as stroll the other galleries and shops. We are also open by appointment.

I have an engineering degree from Brown, and a Master’s from University of Chicago. Art classes came more recently with the late Diane Rath and Mary Jo O’Gara.
